Purchase Tooling Responsible

Responsibilities: 

European Service Center ( ESC)

-Responsible for tool launch and further order/ contract management according to ESC process

-Responsible for tool tagging ,asset management and validation of tool property

-Management of contractual discrepancies with Legal Department

-Management of conflictual situations with Product Area & Project Purchasing

-AFIS and overall budget management

-Strives to ESC KPIs fulfillment

-Management of Assets under construction

-Active follow up with EU Project Buyers and Suppliers

-Promotes and search for standardization, process improvements and innovation

-Builds partnership and maintains collaborative relationship within organization and with suppliers

-Reporting

Tool Lifetime Management (TLM)

-Responsible for cleaning/ preparation of Asset data base according to TLM process

-Responsible for Asset data verification, validation and transfer to PLM

-Responsible for tool tagging and validation of tool property

-Escalation of conflictual situations to Product Area & Project Purchasing

-Strives to TLM KPIs & Targets fulfillment

-Responsible for Scrap procedure according to TLM process

-Responsible for trainings with suppliers and other relevant functions withing organization

-Active follow up with EU Project Buyers and Suppliers

-Promotes and search for standardization, process improvements and innovation

-Builds partnership and maintains collaborative relationship within organization and -with suppliers

-Reporting

Qualifications:

-University Degree ( Technical preferable)

-Advanced communication skills in English

-Presentation skills

-Team-work oriented & Embraces cultural diversity

-Organized, agile, committed & motivated person

-Able to handle pressure and meet critical deadlines
