The role of the 2nd Level IT Application ERP
->Monitoring the SAP iDocs and ensuring that the processes are correctly followed by the Quality Department.
->Communication with the Quality and Logistics department in order to identify, understand and solve the problems that might appear.
->Solving Quality and Logistics incidents coming from ALV users.
->Communication with the implementation team to improve or change processes according to the feedback received from the plant.
->Detect and understand if the problem can be transferred to another support team and/or external support.
->Offer test case scenarios and steps taken to identify the system error in multiple occurrence incidents ( root cause analysis) and escalates to System Architecture team.
->Offering off-hours support for High and Critical incidents.
->Execution of mass changes in SAP via Change Requests.
