Job Summary

         The Client Engineer is responsible for providing technical 2nd level support for Office 365 Services (primary area of competence / expertise is MS Teams & Exchange Online) and will also be involved in support topics around other related Client technologies (such as Client management, AD).


  • Respond to incidents & requests using the company ticketing system; provide resolutions accordingly to the SLAs and OLAs defined
  • 2nd level support of UC related technologies (e-mail, Teams etc.)
  • Works closely with L1 & L3 support teams to provide end user support
  • Participates in IT projects to implement & support Client related solutions & technologies
  • Works with L3 to transition solutions to the System Engineering team and create relevant documentation
  • Works with GPOs according to the given standards for modifying infrastructure parameters
  • Daily operations related to drivers, OS installation & software distribution
  • Provides technical support related to developing & testing the Client environment in order to improve it

  • Knowledge & ability to support AD in an enterprise-size environment: user management, group membership, group policy administration and troubleshooting, domain controllers, etc.
  • Knowledge about network services (DHCP, DNS)
  • OS and application advance knowledge and troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and vendor engagement
  • Experience with MS Office: troubleshooting installation & various other issues
  • SCCM exposure – Software deployments, OS Patching
  • Registry Editor knowledge
  • PowerShell or VB Script skills

  • Engineer Bachelor Degree (related to Electrical, Electronical Computer Science) or similar education

Previous Experience

  • Min. 2-3 years’ experience in a related IT job / position
  • Knowledge of: O365, Active Directory & Client Technologies / Management
