               We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Leader, that is well organized, methodical professional with a suitable experience to execute our Quality Assurance Program. This role will be involved in developing comprehensive quality assurance processes, tools and activities that will safeguard the quality of our IT support processes and will foster a quality culture where all employees are actively engaged.


· Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

· Work with operational teams to establish IT support processes, standards, systems and procedures

· Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

· Identify, record, document thoroughly and track quality issues (maintain quality register)

· Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing IT Services to meet customer needs

· Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Teams of IT system architects and Service Owners) to identify system requirements

· Investigate the causes of non-conforming IT Services and take corrective actions

· Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

· Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

· Maintain and update relevant system and process documentation and develop ad-hoc reports as needed

Skills and Experience:

· Experience in designing and implementing IT Support processes

· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes, performance and/or vulnerability testing

· Experience designing comprehensive testing plans and test cases

· Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. Service Now) is a plus

· Broad technical IT knowledge (basic networking, protocols, servers and storage, application platforms – IIS, etc)

· Ability to plan, coordinate and manage complex technical solutions

· Good knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request fulfilment, etc), ITIL Certification is a plus

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Good English skills
