In our Steering Wheels Division from Sfantu Gheorghe we are looking for a new Launch Industrial Engineer to ensure the new products or processes are introduced successfully in our manufacturing environment considering optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. 

     
The key responsibilities and roles associated with this position:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the launch of new products or processes;
• Work on optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
• Analyzing production data and identifying potential risks or issues that could impact the product launch;
• Support equipment selection and procurement;
• Support for the implementation of line changes after SOP.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of components and materials needed for the production process;
• Providing training and guidance to production personnel to ensure they understand the new processes and can operate effectively;
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the product launch, including process manuals and quality control procedures.

And if you have the key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field- Mechatronics / Product Design / Robotics / Electronics / Automation;
• Min. 2-year experience in similar position and good English knowledge;
• Proficiency in process optimization, process design, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Experience in quality control and safety standards is a plus.
