            If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Owner of Zero Defect journey/continuous quality and efficiency improvement for assigned suppliers
• Actively involved in the supplier strategy with SCM (Segments)
• Align Supplier Category and footprint setting together with Lead buyers
• Execute Global Yokoten within their division at the direction of Global Segment SQ Director (AS065)
• Initiate Supplier Yokoten actions in collaboration with other Segment SQs within their segment(s) when applicable
• Contribute to ALV-S069, Specific Master PFMEA and S-MPS creation and governance when assigned
• Assist Project SQ with specification input as expert of the Supplier processes and Lessons Learned
• Ensure that Annual Layout inspection reports are uploaded in the ALV system for their assigned suppliers
• Owner of 8D from D4 to closure (including NCM issues from all Divisions)
• Report their upcoming costs for NCM-related Cost Collection tool
• Monitor and manage AS051 results and escalations
• Initiate CSL1 and 2, and escalate according to Autoliv Supplier Escalation Model
• Owner of the planning and execution of supplier audits (AS002, ALV-S069)
• Coordinate support on requests from other divisions, functions and/or Product Areas/Lines
• Responsible for planning and follow up of Supplier Development programs within their assigned suppliers (in addition to Zero Defect activities)
• Ensure SQ data in Supplier board is updated
• Responsible for DAR effectiveness (supplier uploads)
• Ensure input to AS051 rating for RESP is provided to applicable Plant
• Ensure fulfillment of the specific customer requirements applicable for assigned suppliers
• Collaborate with Plant SQ on NCM Severity and 8D management, especially on customer related NCMs (connected to NCE)

     and if you have/are:

• Qualification for Mechanical or Quality Engineer or similar
• Interpersonal skills
• Empathic, convincing, self-confident (talking to Supplier’s Top Management)
• High willingness to travel
• Experience in negotiation techniques
• Problem solving knowledge (8D form, Ishikawa, 5-why, Yokoten)
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Qualified Auditor – at least Audit experiences and skills preferred
• Experience in similar position preferred
• Manufacturing process knowledge for metal components 
• Experience as a Steel Material Expert could be an advantage
