Main context

The Business Process Owner (BPO) drives Division-level decisions on strategy for and end-to-end process, using the global direction as a reference. 

The BPO has a detailed understanding of Division processes and can evaluate the fit for global solutions to the Division’s requirements.  
The BPO identifies Division-specific solutions and priorities

The BPO role is focused on a “global and regional platform” and is responsible for optimizing the solution and the impact.  This includes optimizing how Autoliv uses the functionality of the platform, including the alignment of business processes and policies.   

The BPO role includes deployment and ongoing support for the platform.  The role also leads a team of Business Process Analysts supporting the platform deployment and support. The presence and size of the analyst team varies by Functional Area

Contribute to the definition of global performance targets for process efficiency, effectiveness and control.  

Apply and calibrate global performance targets to fit the Division
Contribute to the evaluation of global technology platforms and other solutions

Engage Division leaders and stakeholders for input on global and Division strategy and solutions for the end-to-end process.

Collaborate with stakeholders within AEU SCM and at country and plant level to optimize process performance. 

Collaborate with Governance Board and program teams to drive solution deployments and impact. 

Control: Control that the process is running without errors (aspiring to zero defect). There should be different monitoring activities to make sure that activities and control activities are working as defined and that they are fit for purpose#

Supports designs and drives adoption of functionality for the global platform
Design of related processes

Assist with improvement programs covering process, organization and technology

Education: Bachelor Degree
Personal characteristics: used to international environment 
Previous experience: several years of Operational experience in Functional Area
Languages: English fluently 
Other: requires Business Travels
