The Junior Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of direct workers in the Seatbelt division, ensuring that daily production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires experience in a manufacturing environment, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and supervise a team of direct workers in the Seatbelt division, ensuring that daily production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that resources are utilized optimally to achieve production goals.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.
• Train and mentor production workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement in the Seatbelt division.

and if you have/are:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production scheduling and resource planning.
• Ability to work in three shifts.
