In our Steering Wheels Division from Sfantu Gheorghe we are working to develop and find new solution for our products and clients, and you can be part of our team as Product Engineer Leader.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Responsible for product design and validation.
• Product tests results analysis and interpretation.
• Support for product technical investigations.
• Support serial changes activities at product level.
• Product documentation updates / creation support.
• Coordinate regional and global projects with impact on serial production.
• Lead the product development technical work in close relation to the other functions involved (Design, PM, Quality, Process etc.);
• Responsible for customer communication at technical level for all ongoing projects.
• Core component serial activities: serial maintenance (PLM system work, cleanup, Serial Design changes, support for PPAP approval);
• Keep the communication with customer and supplier for the technical point.
• Technical support, for internal escalated issues and External ones (Customer Claims);
• Develop products in line with APDS (ALV Product Development System).

and if you have:

• University Degree preferable in one of the following domains: Mechatronics / Product Design / Robotics / Electronics / Automation.
• Min. 2-year experience in similar position and good English knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of at least one area: components materials / manufacturing processes / electronics working principles.
• Technical knowledge- geometrical dimensioning, tolerance knowledge, tolerance stack-up, functional analysis, CAD Tools, FMEA, DFM/ DFA knowledge.
