In our quest to enhance vehicle safety, we invite you to join our team in Lugoj, as an HR Business Partner, directly reporting to HR Manager. The role is crucial in supporting a growing organization, by handling the Human Resources processes, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and anticipating future development needs.
Role Overview
- Partner with Operational and Support Function teams, to develop and implement our HR policies and practices, to support the strategic growth of the business.
- Responsible for Recruitment and Onboarding Processes in the areas of responsibility.
- Partner with Management Team on Performance Management and Employee Development goals.
- Provides HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Participates in the continual development of HR programs, such as Recruitment and Selection, Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Learning & Development.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Law, Psychology or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the various HR functional areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High integrity/will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values.
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.
- Proficient in English, with effective communication skills both written and spoken.
- Exceptional interpersonal and intercultural skills, allowing to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
