IT HRIS Support

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards.
- The IT HRIS Support role’s main responsibility is to handle and solve Employee Central (EC) Level 2 incidents either by doing itself or asking other surrounding support teams for help. In case the incident is not solved at level 2 the HRIS Support will escalate it to EC Level 3.
- A very important task is to check and ensure the EC to Service Now (AD) process workflow (Employee Processing Table) is working as expected.
- The HRIS Support should work closely with the HR colleagues who raised the incident to identify the appropriate solution.
- Besides taking care of incidents, the support function should also document (knowledge articles) all the EC related information that is useful for HR and Service Desk team members, to be able to give support to employees.
- The HRIS Support is member of the HRIS Core team and is participating in the weekly meetings with the goal to communicate and improve or change related processes. HRIS Support is involved in different tasks connected to the HRIS Core Team activities, for example analyzing Successfactors semi-annual change release.
- The role is also responsible to support and solve 2nd level incidents on the IT service management platform (ServiceNow)

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
