We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion in Quality Department. The successful candidate will ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of projects while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, ensure disciplined reporting and support quality management events, facilitate workshops and foster a transformation culture through creativity, structure and strong drive.

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
• Collaborate with the VP of Quality and their team to define project requirements, objectives, and key milestones.

• Data Management & Analysis:
• Collect and consolidate data from various divisions across Europe for the Quality department.
• Organize and structure this data to allow the team to evaluate and make informed decisions regarding initiatives aligned with the Quality department's strategy.
• Stakeholder Communication & Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters, addressing concerns and resolving issues as they arise.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, providing status reports, timelines, and addressing any challenges.
• Ensure proper documentation of project milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Maintain a clear structure for evaluating project progress and decision-making processes.

• Additional Experience/Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in data analysis and report generation is highly desirable.
