Job responsibilities:

• Participates in the concept development of the new production lines and new infrastructure equipment.
• Participates in the launch or transfer of production lines.
• Design, modify, and improve components and systems of the production line to enhance efficiency and functionality.
• Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) to design, test, and prototype components and systems.
• Conduct time studies, process analysis, and layout optimizations to improve workflow and reduce inefficiencies.
• Contribute to the respect of product quality and safety regulations.
• Redaction of the line specifications in accordance with the Autoliv manufacturing process specifications and Autoliv standards.
• Take part in the creation of the PFMEA.
• Monitoring the supplier's activity for achieving quality and deadlines.
• Take part in the line validation before the start of production.
• Creation of line documentation.
• Tracking and achieving department-specific KPIs (cycle time, productivity, etc).

Experience:

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of design and conception of technical parts.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and automated processes.
• Knowledge of electricity.
• Knowledge of process performance analysis.
• Experience in process engineering on automated lines can be an advantage.

Personal skills:

• Working knowledge of English.
• Team-oriented.
