              Employment term: This role will be for a 2 year contract.

            If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Customer sustainability support and business intelligence
  • Own, maintain and improve Customer Sustainability Requirements Database, in the Sustainability SharePoint. Log-in, track and monitor completion of customer requests; 
  • Seek input and collaborate globally with the internal stakeholders and functions, to solve and prepare suitable responses for customers requests;
  • Gather, structure and provide answers to different 3^rd party reporting platforms (e.g. NQC, Ecovadis) and customer surveys; 
  • Respond to internal stakeholders queries on customer business intelligence / status of customer answers; 
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research on customers, competitors, peers; analyze data, provide insights and reports; 
  • Prepare bi-annual Sustainability Business Intelligence Reports and create data visualizations; 
  • Support outreach efforts to internal and external stakeholders regarding sustainability data;

• Sustainability training 
  • Develop & manage Autoliv Sustainability training framework; 
  • Act as Autoliv Learning Management System admin for Sustainability; 
  • Plan & manage specific employee sustainability awareness campaigns; 
  • Support organizing different sustainability trainings (meeting arrangements, agenda, materials etc.) and ensure appropriate documentation and participant tracking for trainings not included in Autoliv Learning Center.

• Sustainability Reporting & Communication
  • Maintain ISO certificates database up-to-date; 
  • Sustainability SharePoint administration, design and maintenance;

• Bachelor's degree
• English fluency
• Relevant previous experience
