If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Provide 2nd level support on the ERP systems - SAP and LES (Apriso) - in the responsibility area (solving incidents, execute changes, fulfill requests)
• Monitoring / act on alerts
• Maintenance activities
• Access management
• Respect SOX regulations and execute related controls.
• Cooperation with other teams to solve problems.
• System/EDI process monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI data or communication errors.
• Root cause analysis and detect ways/options to avoid errors, trigger continuous improvement actions to reduce the number of incidents and monitoring effort.
• EDI Systems reporting
• Work with new/existing partners in order to establish EDI connections. Assist EDI system upgrades or new EDI system functionality.
• Trigger continuous improvement actions to reduce the number of incidents and monitoring effort.
• Take part in other ERP related projects, working together with Design Team and Business clients.
• Being part of transition processes in case of new system is handed over.
• Review / improve processes.
• Documentation
• Automation / scripting

and if you have/are:

• Fluent English and master's degree (3-4 years) in computer science are mandatory. Compensation by experience is an option.
• Execution and delivery oriented, teamwork experience. Analytic and structured thinking required.
• SAP/LES or EDI (Seeburger) knowledge and experience, ITIL knowledge, Autoliv IT and business, IT/ERP project, IT Infrastructure and architecture, speaking other languages are advantages.
