Scrum Master
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master / Project Manager Support to guide and facilitate the successful delivery of Lighthouse solution projects. This role supports the full project lifecycle—from initiation to transition to operations—ensuring agile practices are followed, collaboration is strong, and delivery goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Initiation & Definition
Coordinate with Agile Coach and stakeholders to align on project goals
Facilitate agile mindset training and role understanding workshops
Support requirements gathering (e.g., user personas, story mapping)
Assist in defining MVP scope, OKRs, and project charter
Set-up
Facilitate way-of-working selection and kick-off meetings
Train Solution Owners and teams on agile practices
Set up collaboration tools (Jira, Teams) and ensure backlog readiness
Execution
Coach teams on backlog management, prioritization, and user story writing
Facilitate agile ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration
Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement
Help resolve blockers and promote team self-management
Implementation & Transition
Support rollout and implementation activities
Assist with project closure and transition to operations
Key Skills
Agile Facilitation: Skilled in leading Scrum ceremonies and team workshops
Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Backlog Management: Experience with story mapping, prioritization techniques, and Jira setup
Team Coaching: Strong interpersonal skills to support team development and self-management
Tool Proficiency: Jira, Microsoft Teams, Open Project
Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving delivery impediments
Communication: Clear and effective communicator across technical and business teams
Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with metrics collection and retrospective facilitation
Qualifications
3·5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery practices
Experience with Jira and Microsoft Teams
Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Agile certifications are preferred
