Job summary:  

This is a business support role and a customer service role within our ERP technical support team. Responsible for delivering support on our software technology platform. Analyzing defect reports, outages, performance issues or answering customer questions. Work closely with the colleagues in the Movex M3 technical support organization and the Movex M3 development team as well as customers, providing clear, written and verbal communication.


 Job Responsibilities:

·       monitor the queue for incidents related to Movex M3

·       Own incidents and carry out investigations in to root cause and recommend remedial actions.

·       Communicate clearly, both written and verbally, with the Movex M3 development team, support organization, and customer.

·       Liaise with support management providing feedback and updates on issues and customer escalations.

·       Continual personal development and self-study to improve product knowledge.

·       On-call cover for production down incidents once trained.

Required Skills:

·          Experience of some of the following technologies expected: SQL query

·          Customer service skills

·          Excellent written and oral communication

·          Advanced English language skills


 Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

·      Computer Science or equivalent experience

 ·       French language would be useful
